By using EsimTida's platform and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Use of Services
Our platform may only be used for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws. You are prohibited from attempting to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
3. Payments and Billing
Payments for our services are processed through Stripe or other designated payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which those charges are incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. eSIM Usage and Connectivity
eSIM profiles provided by EsimTida are subject to the fair usage policies of our underlying network partners. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for coverage gaps or network outages caused by third-party carriers.
5. Limitation of Liability
EsimTida is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including for violations of these Terms or for non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EsimTida is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
